Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of basic assertions development of axisymmetric flows hydrodynamics in rotating tanks. The aim of research is the affectivity rising of fluid flows in tanks of various form by the circulating flows organizing and the flows structures development. The existing approaches to the inside flows hydrodynamic mechanism investigations are elaborated and the new ones are developed in the dissertation. The new totality of fundamental data regarding axisymmetric viscous incompressible fluid flows in tanks that introduces the considerable contribution into theory of circulating and rotating flows, is obtained. On the scientific results basis the theoretical foundations for tanks baffles structures and effective methods development are formed. The new calculation methods of axisymmetric flows with flows geometrical and hydrodynamic characteristics are developed. The new baffle structures and calculation procedures are used in research and design organizations and in industry.
