Redko I. Newborns congenital viral infections: diagnostics, peculiarities of clinical activities, treatment and rehabilitation

A dissertation is dedicated to optimization early diagnostics and the improvement of medical and rehabilitative activities of newborns with congenital viral infections on the basis of approval of rxpress diagnostics methods, research of clinical course features, disorders in immunological an cytokine status and metabolic processes. The criteria for the diagnostics of congenital viral infections and an algorithm for the differential diagnosis of isolated and mixtform infections are developed. The condition of cellular and humoral immunity, interferon status, the condition of proinflammatory cytokines rate (IL-6, TNF) and some parameters of metabolic processes at congenital viral infections of newborns in the course of the disease is studied. The new approaches for medical and rehabilitative activities of newborns with congenital viral infections are developed.
