Essay

New effective analytical forms for determination of metals the methods of spectrophotometry and luminescence on basis of ionic association of metals with the organic derivatives of hydrazine and cyanine dyes are offered. Applying of values of formed compounds dipole moments as criteria of efficiency of ion associate of metals with these reagents has been offered for the first time. This fact allows carrying out purposeful search of new analytical forms for metal determination. It has been found that organic derivatives of hydrazine are effective modifiers in electrometric atomic-absorption spectrometry. New procedures of metal determination using of their complexes with organic derivatives of hydrazine have been developed, tested and introduced into analytical practice. The procedures offered have been used in complex investigations in environmental monitoring, biological and biomedical analysis and analysis of technical samples and foodstuffs
