The place and content of the regional labour market in the system of market relations, the peculiarities of agrarian labour market, employment and unemployment in rural areas were grounded. The essence of human capital and labour potential of rural population, the regional regularities and principles of formation and prognostication of agrarian labour market were determined. The regional factors, indicators and criteria of efficiency evaluation of labour market usage in agriculture, the analysis of structure and dynamics of agrarian labour market, the methodological and informational principles of its prognostication were determined.
