Essay

Thesis is devoted to establishment of regularities of structural changes and phase transformations in surface layers of metals and alloys with crystalline lattices of different types in the conditions of severe plastic deformation induced by high-frequency impact loads at ultrasonic effect, to establishment of kinetic features of plastic deformation at the effect of high-frequency impact loading, at the combined effects of ultrasound and electric or magnetic fields, and to the development of physical bases for forming of the promoted mechanical properties of metallic materials.
