Essay

For the first time, it is shown that solubility curves at phase diagrams do not correlate to thermodynamic equilibrium what was realized on Cu-Ni nanosystem. The processes of nanopowder thermal cycling under the first order phase transformation are described and correlations are proposed. The possibility of concentration 'self-saturation' effect in kinetics of phase separation of metastable binary alloy is shown. It have been offered the new method of construction of phase diagrams for metallic nanosystems and realized for Bi-Sn and Bi-Pb. It is shown that the growth rate of new nanophase layer may be nonmonotonous in time for the problem of size-dependent reactive diffusion in а binary diffusion couple.
