Bagrikova N. Weedy vegetation of arable lands of the Crimea (formation and structure).

Results of the complex analysis of weedy communities of arable lands of the Crimean Peninsula are presented in the thesis. The classification scheme and prodrome of weedy vegetation of arable lands based on the using of modern quantitative methods of phytosociological research including cluster, ordination and phytoindication analysis has been developed. Regularities and the main factors of the communities differentiation have been revealed. Structural-comparative analysis of the syntaxa has been made and it allows to show some typical and distinctive features of weedy vegetation of the Crimea. Dynamics and directions of development in the weedy communities have been analyzed and role of the anthropogenic and environmental factors has been determined. The priority directions for the optimization of the environmental management in the region to facilitate conservation and recovery of the biodiversity under the current socio-economical conditions have been proposed.
