Object - transformation processes in sphere of rekreatsionno-tourist wildlife management and managing at regional level; the purpose - theoretical generalisation and working out of conceptual, methodical and practical positions transformation processes in regional systems of rekreatsionno-tourist wildlife management and managing and improvement on this basis of organizational-administrative decisions of development of the industry of a recreation and tourism at regional level; methods - the system analysis and synthesis, an induction and deduction, an axiomatic method and the in a complex-target approach, the statistical, economic and marketing analysis, logical generalizations; novelty - theoretical generalisation and working out of teoretiko- methodological and organizational-methodical maintenance transformation processes in rekreatsionno-tourist sphere and increase of competitiveness of rekreatsionno-tourist sector of economy of regions of Ukraine; theoretical and practical results - consist in deepening of knowledge and a substantiation of scientifically-methodical base on improvement of organizational-administrative decisions of rekreatsionno-tourist wildlife management and managing in frameworks transformation processes in regional systems; introduction at working out Concepts of development of tourism in Ukraine for 2012-2015 (the Letter № 285-2 from 10.11.2010y.), by Government program working out socially-ekonomichnskogo Autonomous republic Crimea developments for the period till 2017 (the Letter №187-r from 30.11.2010y.), the Centre of science of development of tourism of the Ministry of culture and tourism of Ukraine at performance of research work "Working out of offers under the project of the State target program of development of tourism and resorts for 2011- 2015" (№ GR 0110U007811) (the Inquiry №31 from 18.02.1011y.)
