Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the new important direction of medicine - ecological pediatrics. We analyzed the results of thorough clinical and instrumental examination, laboratory tests and complex therapy outcomes of children, permanently living in regions with different pollution characteristics. We provide theoretic general conclusion and clinical solution of actual problem of contemporary medicine - determination of clinical-genetic aspects of diagnostics, clinical course, treatment, prognosis, and prophylaxes of ecologically determined diseases of bones, endocrine and urinary system in children of West Ukrainian region. We also developed principles of medical-genetic counseling for their families.
