Essay

The influence of streptozotocinic diabetes on the condition of bone tissue in de-fected area has been researched. There is a significant slowing of formation either bone regenerate or restoration of bone structure in paraactive section. The diabetes mellitus du-ration causes the patients to develop disunity in synthetic and catabolic phases of the main organic bone tissue components. The differentiated tactics was developed and methods of fractures treatment of long limbs bones in patients with diabetes mellitus were offered which enabled improving the treatment results of main group patients and getting good re-sults in 62,5% and satisfactory results in 25,4% of cases. They were unsatisfactory in 12,1% of cases. The given indexes were obviously much better (p<0,05) comparing with the results of control group.
