Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and technical problem of today - improvement of accuracy of fluid energy carrier flowrate and volume measurement by means of the differential pressure method. The factors that reduce the uncertainty of fluid energy carrier flowrate and volume measurement are defined in the work. New mathematical models of coefficients of flowrate equation are developed. New methodology for calculating the flowrate and volume of dry part of wet gas is developed. The equations were developed for calculating the coefficients of influence of input values on the flowrate of a fluid energy carrier and on the uncertainties of the coefficients of the flowrate equation, which reduced the flowrate measurement uncertainty by 0.6%. The generalized mathematical model of the pressure differential flowmeter is developed. New algorithms for calculating the flowrate and volume of fluid energy carrier are developed. New integral criterion of optimization is introduced and the methodology for calculating the parameters of a flowmeter optimal as to the accuracy of fluid energy carrier flowrate and volume measurement is developed. The methodological basis of the differential pressure method is created and a computer program "Raskhod-RU" CAD is developed. The main results of this work are normalized in GOST 8.586.1-5-2005 and DSTU GOST 8.586.1-5:2009 Standards.
