Essay

The thesis presents the results of studies on the evaluation of the scientific basis of the variety of crops on the effect on the formation of fungal pathogenic background in agrophytocenoses. The results of studies that obhrutovuyut feasibility assessment of a variety of crops, both biotic environmental factors shaping fungal pathogenic background in agrophytocenoses, revealing ways to solve the problem of formation control of dangerous biological contamination agroecosystems phytopathogenic fungi and products of their metabolism. Methods of assessment of a variety of crops as a factor of influence on the intensity propahuloutvorennya pathogenic fungi in agrophytocenoses The dependence of the intensity of the formation of fungal pathogenic background on the degree of stability of the variety created by traditional or conventional breeding revealed differential control intensity propahuloutvorennya fungi nekrotrofiv plants varieties produced by these methods. The character of the selective pressure of different varieties of plants to pathogenic fungi populations nekrotrofnoho type of power for selection of highly and strongly sporulyuyuchyh strains - a factor increasing the intensity of fungal pathogenic background; Increased knowledge of the mechanisms of pathogenic fungi nekrotrofnoho type power of varieties of cultivated plants, deepened understanding of the differential impact of plant metabolites on the intensity of infection structures forming fungi - components phytopathogenic background in biocenoses. Shown that endophytic microorganisms entering into interaction with phytopathogenic fungi nekrotrofnoho type power under in vivo stimulate or inhibit the formation of their infectious structures that exert biological contamination agrophytocenoses.
