Object of research - electromechanics processes in the electrical engineering complex of formoobrazovaniya of bar on continuous flattings mills. The purpose of research - development of scientific bases of the electromechanics systems on the basis of noncontact executive devices of the hurrying magnetic field for automatic control the parameters of bar, that provides upgrading form and type of sheet of rental products. Methods of research - fundamental positions of theoretical bases of the electrical engineering, theories of electromechanic, electric machines, theory of automatic control, theoretical and applied mechanics. Theoretical and practical results - establishment of unknown before regularities of application of a running magnetic field for management of parameters staffs by change of size and the direction of electrodynamic efforts on its width and according to the mechanical tension that provides improvement of quality of a form and a profile of a leaf of rolling production. Novelty - dependences between electrodynamic efforts of contactless actuation mechanisms and processes of formation of distribution of mechanical tension on strip width, a form and a strip profile in the form of multidimensional and nonlinear object that allows to develop laws of management of strip parameters in the conditions of the elastic deformed interrelation between electromechanical systems of the rolling mill are received; perspective electromechanical systems on the basis of contactless actuation mechanisms of a running magnetic field for automatic control of strip parameters that provides receiving indicators of quality of management better have development, than regulate existing standards.
