Essay

The object of study: the processes of government regulation of economic activity in Ukrainian regions. The aim of study: the formation of dynamic models of incentive government regulation of economic activity of Ukrainian regions basing on the criterion of dynamic equilibrium between the regional development and the growth of national economy in Ukraine. Methods of study: methods of analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction; method of structural and logical analysis; historical and logical methods; method of systematic approach; modeling. The practical significance of results lays in the developed approaches and substantiated theoretical positions outlined in the present thesis work and brought to the level of practical recommendations which represent the methodological basis for the government regulation of economical activities in Ukrainian regions improving and can be used in the state policy, development and improvement of legislative acts of Ukraine. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the methodological approach onto the formation of the scientific concept of government regulation of economic activity in Ukrainian regions was proved and established. Also the model of government incentive regulation of economic activities in the regions was created. Were implemented: the methodological approach to the study of the problem of differentiation of socio-economic development of Ukrainian regions. Further developments have got: directions of improvement of the impact of economic ideology of government regulation in terms of its use as a tool for the limits of state intervention into the process of economical development of the regions formation.
