Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an improvement of a theoretical bases and practical approaches to an elaboration of the energy-effective electrotechnical systems of high-frequency operation and control for discharge light sources. Mathematical and simulation models of discharge light sources, also the models of output stages of such systems are elaborated. The power control of discharge lamps are investigated. A number of resource- and energy-saving electrotechnical systems which combine in one stage the resonance inverter and active power factor corrector with avoidance of acoustic resonance in discharge lamps are elaborated.
