Dissertation is devoted a decision scientifically of the applied problem of increase of level and quality of automation of processes of control marine mobile objects on the basis of the robust-optimal systems with the variable structure of feed-backs for transient behaviours at a maximal fast-acting or a minimum of the used up energy to the certain functional task of control in the conditions of a priori incomplete information and no stationary of dynamic models of objects and environment.
