Object of the study is processes of the regulation social-economic development town complex Ukraine. Objective of study is shaping to methodologies, diagnostics of the condition and motivation theorist-applied recommendation on regulation social-economic development town complex Ukraine in modern condition. Methods of research abstracting, etymological, history, mathematical statistics, visualizations multivariate given by means of neuron networks and cards Kohonena, economic and mathematical modeling and HYZ-analysis.
