Shershun M. Ecological-economic foundations reform of forestry in Ukraine

Research object: process of reformation of forestry of Ukraine. Purpose: scientific ground of ecological economic bases of reformation of the system of forestry is in Ukraine. Methods: historical, logical; approach of the systems; abstract-logical; forest typology; forestry of basic progress of forestry trends, economic analysis, analysis of the systems; mathematical statistical. Results: the theoretical going is developed near state co-ordination of processes of reformation of forestry; conceptual bases of reformation of the system of forestry are grounded; methodological bases of the balanced conduct of forestry are formulated in the context of reformation of industry; the chart of reformation of structure of management of floristries operations is offered; improved: methodical going near implementation of european criteria and indicators of steady conduct of forestry in the conditions of the Ukrainian economy; system of the strategic planning of forestry activity by adjustment and drafting of long-term plans; system of taxation of subjects of l forest use; chart of bringing in of financial resources; got further development: scientific going near forming of control system by forestry on introduction of reforms and approaching them to the criteria of the balanced forestry; classification of instruments of forest policy; directions of reformation of institute of property are in forestry; method of estimation of forestry enterprises of national, regional and local levels. Introduction: By the institute of ecology and natural use of NAAN at implementation scientific experimental that «In theory to ground and develop methodological bases of passing to the balanced use of forest resources of agrarian sphere on the natural climatic areas of Ukraine», to «Develop methodological computer-integrated government forest resources» bases, «Develop scientific government agro landscape bases Ukraine by forest reclamative methods on the basis of balanced natural use»; By the committee of Supreme sovet of Ukraine on questions of ecological policy, natural use and liquidation consequences of the Chernobil' catastrophe; By the ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine; By the ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine; By the state agency of forest resources of Ukraine; By Zhitomir, Vinnytsya and Rivne the regional managements of forest and hunting economies; By the national university of bioresources and natural use of Ukraine at teaching of educational disciplines.
