Essay

Research object is heat engineering processes in systems of continuous cast ingot production and its heat processing. Dissertation purpose is scientific basis of heat engineering processes effective control for named systems development. In dissertation following research methods are used: heat engineering processes mathematical simulation; heat engineering parameters measurement; heat engineering analysis; physical simulation method; statistic methods for experimental data processing. In dissertation interrelation of ingot skin temperature state and mould deviations of geometrical parameters on non-symmetric wearing in angular elements is theoretically grounded; it is proposed to carry out operative control of mould internal surface ware on the basis of gas gap effective thickness change in time; scientific methods which are basis for algorithms of effective monitoring and control of continuous caster heat work in secondary cooling zone are improved; criterion equation describing convective heat exchange in furnaces on bodies cross-flow and impulse heat-carrier supply is obtained; efficiency of definition and control of ingots heat state on their heat treatment on the basis of furnaces heat balances building and analysis is scientifically proved; scientific presentations about metal heat state on combined heat-rolling processes realization are improved. The main sphere of results potential use is metallurgy branch. Dissertation results are used at PJSC "NKMZ" and PJSC "Donetskstahl-MZ".
