Luchik V. Setting priorities in the regional development policy

Research object: policy of regional development, determined motion of economic and social processes in certain spatio-temporal scopes. Research purpose: generalization of theoretical and methodological principles, development of methodical positions on determination of priorities in the policy of regional development on overcoming of existent territorial asymmetries and disproportions in the economic and social measuring. Research methods: system, dialectical, logical, synergetics and historical; methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and scientific abstraction; monographic description; statistical, graphic and comparative analysis; economic and mathematical design. Theoretical and practical results: conceptual bases of determination of priorities are developed in the policy of regional development, directed on reproduction of competitiveness of regional economies and economy of Ukraine on the whole. Substantive theoretical provisions are taken to the level of methodical and practical recommendations which are utillized: By Khmelnicka regional state administration; By main administration of statistics in the Khmelnicka area of Government service of statistics of Ukraine; By the management of regional development, town-planning and architecture of Chernovicka regional state administration; Yarmolinecka by district state administration of the Khmelnickay area; Zastavnivska by district state administration of the Chernovicka area; Terebovlyanska by district state administration of the Ternopolska area; By the executive committee of Kamenec-Podolska of city advice; in an educational process by the Podolska state agrarian-technical university. Scientific novelty: essence of policy of regional development is specified. The methods of providing of policy of regional development are extended. Modern experience of realization of policy of regional development is systematized. Pre-conditions of possible changes are certain in the policy of regional development. The methods of determination of priorities are exposed in regional development. The scientific tool of realization of policy of regional development is described. Keeping of regions of Ukraine is carried out on the level of economic development. The level of innovative development of regions of Ukraine is analysed. The standard of living of population of regions is appraised. Priorities are grounded in economic and social development of regions. The mechanisms of realization of public policy of regional development are described. The design of regional prognosis balances is carried out. The prognoses of economic and social development of regions are developed. The mechanisms of realization of policy of regional development are offered (at local level).
