The thesis is devoted to deepening theoretical and methodical issues and develop practical recommendations on the strategy of the regional labor market in the economic management of the Black Sea. Generalized and systematized theoretical and methodological positions concerning the economic nature and conceptual apparatus in the labor market, highlighted the nature and structure of the regional labor market. Particular attention is paid to the scientific rationale and methodological foundations of the regional labor market and its evaluation.
