The thesis is devoted to the verification of completion of Boolean multivalued logical functions of a single neuron element with discrete activation functions, the development of methods and algorithms of the synthesis of neural elements over different fields and synthesis of neural networks from these elements for classification and recognition of binary signals and patterns based on properties of matrices of tolerance, the theory of characters group, the theory of spectral analysis of discrete functions and expansions p-sets of Boolean vectors.
