Оbject - is metabolic processes in the organism of new-born calves at sharp disorders of digestion and after treatment by enterosorbents. Aim - is to find out the peculiarities of lipid metabolism, state of the system of antioxidant defence, bile formation and bile excretion functions of liver in the organism of new-born calves at sharp disorders of digestion and after use of enterosorbents. Methods: clinical, biochemical, chemical-analitical:(total lipids and separate factions of neutral lipids and phosphotides, cholesterol), gas-liquid and gas (analysis of fat acids and them methyl ethers) TLC, spectrophotometry, chemoluminance and method of mathematical statistics. Novelty: the differences of quality and quantitative composition of lipids are found out in blood and it components, liver and bile of calves, patients with sharp disorders of digestion. In whole blood of new-born calves with sharp disorders of digestion comparatively with clinically healthy the increase of 1,2 - and 1,3-diacylglycerols, free fat acids and acylglicerides has been shown. Results: It has been established that sick calves have substantial changes of indexes of lipid metabolism. In the blood serum, erythrocytes and leucocytes of sick calves content of phospholipids decreases and content of free fatty acids increases, and a correlation of phospholipid factions is violated. The decline of content of unsaturated and increase of content of the saturated fatty acids are educed in erythrocytes, leucocytes and blood serum of new-born calves with sharp disorders of digestion. Especially considerable changes are tested in polyunsaturated fatty acids. During acute disorders digestions of calves considerable violations arise up in a bilious-acid metabolism, to what the changes of level of most bilious acids show in a liver, bladder bile and content of colon, content of lithocholic acid that has a toxic action especially grows. Strengthening of chemo luminosity of blood had been shown of new-born calves with acute disorders of digestion, that can be used in diagnostics. Using in the curative aims of enterosorbents partly or fully stabilizes the indexes of metabolism. Application of enterosorbents was accompanied by recovery of sick calves on 95-100%, at 50-60% death of animals without treatment.
