Essay

Prevalence of shearing component of displacement for basement of USh, its importance in lateral structure of fault zones are argued by the analysis of circular diagrams and structural patterns of faults. The revealed regularities supplement concepts about an essential role of a shear component of displacement in fault-block structure of USh. Prevalence of structural patterns of shear type is found in cover rocks of the Black Sea region. Localization of uranium-bearing structures of Kirovograd-Novoukrainka area is caused by essentially shear patterns of structure formation; it is a basis of specification of structural-tectonic factors. Additional structural-tectonophysical factors of localization of uranium are a basis of corresponding prospecting criteria. The methodological algorithm of a substantiation of these factors is formulated; on its basis the corresponding computer technology is created.
