Based on research developed theoretical and practical provisions launched new framework object identification and control synthesis of controllers for automatic control systems, so that solved scientific problem that is of great economic importance lies in the creation of algorithms and models of identification objects and synthesis of controllers using artificial neural networks to ensure efficient management of processes in facilities management and support of their advantages over the controllers are implemented using the methods of the linear theory of automatic control.
