Essay

The thesis deals with the study of contemporary issues of modern pediatrics - the effectiveness of early diagnosis and prediction of formation of microelement imbalances in infant newborns with perinatal pathology. There has been designed and tested the approach to differential diagnosis of microelement imbalances in newborns with perinatal pathology according to the period of gestation, numbers of day of living, the type of disease, severity of disease. There was determined that morphological immaturity of body preterm infants with RDS and IUP is a major factor in microelement disorders so long as a factor of gestational age has a dominant influence in the content and balance in the biological matrix Fe, Zn, Cu, Co, Cr and Mn, according to the two-factors dispersible analysis. There has been proven the high diagnostic and prognostic significance of the information content (I = 6,89-15,1) of indexes of IU content in urine. There have been developed and put into practice highly complex algorithms for prediction of anemia and posthypoxic cardiopathy for infant newborns of different gestational period with perinatal hypoxic lesions of the CNS, IUP, RDS (according to Wald-Henkin method) that offer the possibility to provide prevention and treatment of these states in proper time.
