The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles of formation and application of organizational and economic mechanisms of creation and functioning of regional transport and logistics systems based on the integration of interaction that will synchronize transport, trade and information flows and achieve synergy. Grounded cluster concept of territorial and economic organization of transport and logistics system, which is implemented through the creation of a system of transport service territory based on terminal technology and logistics principles of organization and management system of freight and goods movement.
