Lyfar V. Forming and realization of the transit potential of region

Research object: forming and realization of transit potential of region (TPR) in the conditions of modern market relations. Research purpose: development of methodological and methodical positions, practical recommendations on forming and realization of transit potential of region. Research methods: logical generalization, system, processing, comparative, economic and mathematical analysis; induction and deduction, decouple and synthesis; functional diagnostics, SWOT-analysis, analysis of hierarchies, questioning, expert evaluation; designs and prognostications. Theoretical and practical results: conceptual bases of forming and use of TPR are developed taking into account principles of placing of productive forces, computer-integrated nature of a transport complex and intercommunications of elements of transit potential. Substantive theoretical provisions are taken to the level of methodical developments and practical recommendations which are utillized: By the ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine; By Zaporozhia regional state administration; Vil'nyansk by district state administration of the Zaporozhia area; By the Zaporozhia management of railway transportations of GP the "Pridneprovskaya railway"; in the educational process of the Zaporozhia national technical university of Department of education and science of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: essence of transit potential of region is exposed with determination of his constituents. Classification of factors is specified and essence of mechanism of forming of TPR is exposed. Methodical positions are offered as evaluated by TPR. The parameters of estimation of constituents and combined transit potential of region are certain. The system of looks is extended in relation to determination of modern territorial production forms of effective realization of TPR. Diagnostics of the technical economic state of a transport complex of region is conducted. The constituents of TPR are appraised and the analysis of practice of management his development is conducted. Approach of the systems is improved to determination of strategic aims of the effective use of TPR and theoretical positions are grounded in relation to a choice and realization of regional strategy of his use. The organizational economic providing is offered and the receptions of determination of prognosis estimation of realization of strategy of the effective use of TPR are improved. The sphere of the use is activity of executive branches of power, regional state administrations, enterprises of a transport industry; research establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
