The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and technological foun-dations short-term impact of the forced reverse movement of copper alloy billets dur-ing overcome the force of static friction on the mechanical properties of the work piece, the stability of the continuous casting HMCBC performance by theoretical prin-ciples of mechanics of deformable solid and continuum mechanics damageability. Developed the basic techniques of the short-term effects induced reversible movement blank on its mechanical characteristics, improved equation Bailey-Norton and Rabotnov-Kachanov parameter calculation of damage to billet, created an equa-tion to determine the velocity of the workpiece in the cycle, and the related devices, which take into account the relevant characteristics of a constructive piece and the continuous casting process. The features of structure and physico-mechanical proper-ties of workpieces produced using advanced technology in industrial environments. Determined that the failure rate reduction of damage to blanks forced short re-verse her movements in the mold causes increase in the tensile strength of cast copper alloys in tension of 12,4 ... 15,8%.It has been established that by the billet reverse movement the change of its movement rate from 2,5 to 7,5 min allows to raise the productivity of the horizontal continuous casting machine by 25,4…55,5 per cent. The main results of the thesis work have been implemented at LLC "Energo-prom", (Kharkov, Ukraine), in "Tsiberopteks" (Dubai, UAE), at the JSC "HTZ" (Kharkov) as well as in education UEPA and NTU "KPI" in preparing students foun-dry specialties.
