The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of regularities of precise casting formation manufactured by casting models for particularly critical applications and is aimed on improvement and stabilization of the precision. The analysis of modern manufacture technologies of precise casting formation manufactured by casting models for particularly critical applications is performed in the paper. The dissertation presents actual understanding of precise casting formation mechanisms, calculation methods of working mold hollow size. Also, the basic factors, estimating precision of casting, are determined. Assuming that, the requirements for model compositions, applied for precise casting formation for particularly critical appointments, were developed. In addition, parametric evaluation criteria of the ability to make sink marks, hoggings, fissures and equally accuracy criteria are presented. The research work, devoted to influence of casting parameters on their size precision, was done. Kinetics was investigated and description of casting models hogging was done. The methods of hogging calculation of beam type casting with asymmetrical T-section were designed. The thermophysical and technological properties of model composition and their compounds were distinguished. As the result, he model compositions for manufacturing of casting for critical applications were defined. Industry approbation and manufacturing application of the results are presented.
