Essay

The object of researches - the processes of extraction and pre-processing of raw coal processing facility within the mine. The goal - to establish regularities of pneumohydrodinamic impact on coal mass array of development workings and processing of raw coal and develop physical and technical basis for intensification of production methods and quality of coal in a single mine processing facility. Methods: a theoretical study using mathematical modeling, mathematical analysis, mathematical statistics, continuum mechanics, bulk, gas-saturated porous media, the fluid mechanics and gas, mining experimental study of unsteady gas evolution and dynamics of ventilation schemes, laboratory and industrial research in the processing of thin-layer hydroscreening wet raw coal. The regularities of methane from solid rock in the degassing wells, the relationship between the parameters and characteristics of exposure pneumohydrodinamic gas recovery wells are reasonable parameters of methods development workings with the use of hydrodynamic effects and transition geological disturbances leading drilling of wells, and the flow patterns of selection of raw coal of small classes using trommel screens. Developed and implemented methods and means of development workings, extracting methane from coal seams through surface degassing boreholes, as well as technology for processing raw coal processing facility within the mine, which provided economic benefits by increasing production, improve quality and increase coal mine safety in the amount of more than 250 mln. UAH.
