Essay

The object of study is hydrodinamic and mechanical processes of interaction between fluid flow with elements of displacing and distribution systems of planetary type hydraulic rotators as the part of hydraulic units in the mobile machinery. The purpose of the study is improving the output characteristics of a planetary hydraulic rotators working in the hydraulic units of mobile machinery by researching the working processes of displacing and distribution systems based on improving mathematical models. Research methods. Theoretical aspects of the dissertation are based on the methods of fluid and gas mechanics. To investigate regularity of change in the output characteristics of planetary hydraulic rotators simulation methods were used. Experimental verification of theoretical studies have been carried out under real conditions with the processing of the obtained results by the methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory. Theoretical and practical results. The complex of modeling blocks has been developed. It models workflows of a planetary hydraulic rotator for calculations its static and dynamic characteristics in the hydraulic unit. The method of calculation and design of planetary type hydraulic rotator was developed too. Novelty. For the first time hydraulic losses in the flowing parts of distribution systems of planetary hydraulic rotators have been founded, researched and defined; for the first time the research of the dynamic processes which take place in the elements of planetary hydraulic rotator working as a part of hydraulic unit was completed at the basis of systematic approach taking into account the losses in the flowing parts and the clearances between the units of the displacing system; the theory of calculating and designing of hydraulic rotators was developed. The theory allows to improve the rate of filling of distribution system working cells and reduce hydraulic losses in the flowing parts of the distribution system. Results. Recommendations for the calculating and designing of planetary type hydraulic rotators was developed. The degree of implementation. Designing documentation has been developed and given to stock corporation "Hidroinpeks" (Soroka, Moldova). Application areas is mechanical engineering.
