Shoomna T. Allergic diseases for the children of industrial region: risk factors, diagnostics, clinic, treatment

Dissertation is devoted to the development of early diagnostic, treatment and preventive measures in children with allergic pathology on the ground of integrated analysis of allergic diseases clinical and immunopathological peculiarities in industrial region. The prevalence of allergic diseases in children of Zaporizhzha region aged 6-7 and 13-14 years (bronchial asthma - 3,11% and 4,53%; allergic rhinitis - 7,26% and 14,07%; atopic dermatitis - 1,52% and 2,11%) was higher than official statistic data. Risk factors, etiological allergens, clinical course characteristics and role of chemical elements in allergic pathology formation were established. Peculiarities of immune system, cytokine and humoral response were accentuated depending on the place of residence. High efficiency of developed early diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation methods in children with allergic pathology living in ecological unfavorable region was proved.
