Research object: process of development of the socially oriented economy of region. Purpose: development of theoretic-methodological principles of forming of the system of the financial providing of the socially oriented development of economy of region. Results: conception of the balanced socio-economic development of region is developed, the basic triune postulates of which it is been providing of socio-economic safety of region, his competitiveness, recreation of the socio-economic system of region; the financial model of development of the socially oriented economy of region, which is based on optimum and even allocation of financial resources and allows to set the proportions of balancing between economic results and social charges; by social results and economic charges; improved: mechanism of providing of the balanced socio-economic development of region; concept-terminology vehicle which characterizes the financial providing of development of the socially oriented economy of region; conceptual going near forming of rational structure of the financial providing of the socially oriented development of economy of region; going near the choice of instruments of stimulation of socio-economic development of region, the criterion of balancing of socio-economic development of region is fixed in basis of which, that foresees; methodical going near the estimation of level of the financial providing of the socially oriented development of economy of region which allows by the estimation of levels of the socially oriented development of economy of regions to define a socio-economic equilibrium and level of balanced of structure of financial charges on socio-economic development of regions; going near the choice of type of the programs of socialization of economy of region after criteria: competitiveness of region, recreation of the socio-economic system, socio-economic safety of region; got subsequent development: optimization model of recreation of the socio-economic system of region, which foresees determination of rates of growth of gross regional product at the ideal, normative and critical structure of the financial providing of the socially oriented development of economy of region and determines the rational structure of sources after directions of its financial providing; typology of financial policy of the socially oriented development of economy of region; going near forming of institutes environment of the financial providing of the socially oriented development of economy of region; typology of strategies of the socially oriented economy of region, in basis of which determination of strategic position of region after the level of balanced of his socio-economic development.
