Onyshchenko V. Forests of order Fagetalia sylvaticae Pawl. in Ukraine

The classification of the Fagetalia sylvaticae forests on the territory of Ukraine is elaborated. Data on species composition of syntaxa and regions are given. Quantitative evaluation of geographical variability was performed. The systematic, geographical, biomorphological and ecological structures of the coenoflorae of the order and its alliances are elucidated. Alpha-, beta- and gamma-diversities of the forests of the Fagetalia sylvaticae of natural regions of Ukraine are estimated. Species richness of the communities and their synusia are presented, their dependencies on edaphic and climatic factors are shown. Sozological evaluation of associations is made. 16 areas are selected for including into IPA network.
