The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical generalization and a new solution of actual problem of the modern clinical Pediatrics - increasing of the efficiency of the treatment of chronic gastroduodenal pathology in children by improvement and individualizing of the complex therapy. Mechanisms of formation and peculiarities of gastroduodenal pathology in children of 6 - 11 years of age were analyzed from the position of the biopsychosocial model of medicine. The role of basic biological, psycho-emotional and psychosocial risk factors and their mutual influences and relationships were studied. The heterogeneity of the disease spectrum, which is the basis for individualization of the treatment and preventive measures, is well-proven. A conceptual and methodological approach of psychotherapy for children diseased with gastroduodenal pathology for the somatic hospital practice is worked out. A biopsychosocial model of the health care for children diseased with gastroduodenal pathology is elaborated and inculcated.
