The thesis is devoted to the solution of important scientific and practical problem of improving the efficiency of statistical measuring information systems through the development of control theory and information processing for statistical measuring information systems based on modern control theory, information processing and optimization. Methods and models of optimal control of statistical measuring information systems, and methods for filtering recurrent cases of transient dynamics and measuring models are developed.
