Essay

The thesis deals with the creation of the concept of modeling and optimization of the hybrid vehicle power unit, and adaptation of control strategies to the nature of the driving cycle, which will allow the full potential of hybrid technology in terms of economy and environmental safety of vehicles. This provides a unified approach to the study of processes, regardless of the circuit construction and design features of the hybrid power drive with an arbitrarily given and disturbances. Control optimization is carried out using the vector functional quality on the basis of mathematical programming. Adapting of control strategies to changing traction and highspeed mode of motion is based on the concept of neural network and neuro-fuzzy control with adaptive critic and model of control object. Effectiveness of the proposed methods for modeling and optimizing the control was proved during computational experiments as well as the pilot test of the hybrid vehicle, created by the Department of Automotive Electronics of KhNAHU.
