Essay

Object: German central and occupying political and military establishments, and also staffed by foreigners military units in the Armed Forces of Germany in 1939-1945. Objective: analysis of policy and practice principles of government and military institutions of National Socialist Germany regarding the creation and use of foreign military units during the Second World War. Methods: historical, logical, systematic and structural, statistical and analytical, comparative-historical, problem-chronological. Results: for the first time comparative analysis of conditions and circumstances of the creation of various foreign military formations of German troops is made, the problem of ready of hundreds of thousands of people to fight on the side of National Socialist Germany is considered as a socio-political phenomenon, understanding the causes of which is fundamentally important in the study history of military exploitation of foreigners in this country during the Second World War, comprehensive analysis of the differences in the political criteria at the time of creation by German institutions of foreign forces from representatives of state and stateless nations is made, comparative analysis of the value of various foreign forces in the structure of the Armed Forces of Germany is carried out, regularity of crisis policy of recruitment and forced mobilization of foreigners into the German army due to the rough course of occupation policy of Nazi Germany in the occupied territories, ignoring national interests and social discrimination against their people is proven, the policy of the anti-Hitler coalition concerning military men the mentioned formations is comprehensively describes. Scope of application: for writing summarizing papers on national history, in the preparation of special publications on military history in Europe and Asia, as well as for research on the history of these countries during the German-Soviet war, in the teaching world history, German history, the history of foreign countries and other humanities in higher education establishments.
