Essay

The thesis aims to develop new integrated energy saving technologies converter production using ron-intermediate stages of ladle refining pig iron, blowing BOF slag bath and drawing skull on the lining unit and devices for their implementation. For the first time a theoretical justification was performed and it was acquired experimental evidence the organization of new ways of refining iron bucket with simultaneous removal of sulfur and silicon deep injection mixtures based dolomitized lime and deep desulphurization in the casting ladle injection of atomized magnesium through submersible rotary lance. The further development of scientific understanding in areas of the upper and combined blowing converter bath with partial afterburning gas outlet in the processing of low manganese content pig iron on little slag technology with simultaneous prevention of intensive metalling trunk and stem lance converter was received. For the first time a new way to inflate the final slag be gas powder streams using rotary scull lance, ensuring the possibility of forming the set of physical and chemical properties of slag skull on the surface of pericles-carbon lining unit was scientifically substantiated and experimentally verified. New methods and devices for structure refinement bucket of pig-iron, blowing BOF slag bath and drawing skull on the lining of the converter were developed, tested and proposed for industrial use.
