Essay

Object of research - working processes occurring in gear pumps feeding the flow under pressure. The purpose of research - improving the technical level of gear pumps for feed, pressure, specific indicators and identify conditions reduce flow ripple and pressure due to a fundamentally new approach to flow the pump with the development of appropriate new physical and mathematical models. Research methods are based on the fundamental provisions of hydromechanics and the theory of mechanisms and machines, in particular the theory of involute gear meshing, theory flow movement through the gaps in the coupling pump parts, мethods of mathematical statistics used in the processing of experimental results. Theoretical and practical results are improve the technical level of gear pumps, such as increased pressure, increased specific working capacity and flow, reducing the ripple instantaneous flow and pressure, based on the development of innovative ideas about mechanisms and peculiarities of workflows feed. Novelty : the first set features the relationship between the pressure at the outlet and internal gear pumps hydraulic resistance of the flow made it possible to formulate conditions of increased pressure and feed rate , the proposed physical and the corresponding mathematical model of flow consists of two oppositely directed relative camera motion pumping gear teeth pumping unit makes it possible to explain the features of the workflow and flow a theoretical basis for further improvement of gear pumps; first proposed mechanism of geometric pulsation instantaneous flow and pressure, for the first time found that an increase in the specific volume of the pump may work but shorter radii connecting the centers of rotation of the pinion gear teeth meshing point, a decrease in the angular velocity of rotation; the first time found that instantaneous flow ripple has two components: rotating pulsation is the result of error step gearing arising in the manufacture of gears and gear ripple due as a result of momentary stop mutual traffic gear elements that prevent submission of pole engagement, received further development of methods of optimizing the parameters too thing pumping unit. Results: Methods of designing gear pumps with high pressure pump parameter optimization techniques can increase the specific capacity not less than 20...35% developed promising ways to reduce the fluctuations of instantaneous flow and pressure. The results are formulated in the form of guidelines, calculations and drawings gear pumps with high specifications, transferred for implementation at JSC "Hydrosila" (Kirovograd), and are used in the educational process at the department of maintenance and repair of machines Kirovograd National Technical University. Scope - engineering.
