The thesis contains theoretical summary and scientific solution of a set of issues on main aspects of social competence formation in children with autistic spectrum disorder. In diagnostics block the main domestic and foreign methods for detection of children violations as preconditions of social competence formation were presented. The model of the formation of the social competence of children, which takes into account the relationship of cognitive, behavioral, moral, and personal components of the value of social competence. The dependence of social competence on autism level as well as intellectual age of child was established. It is shown that in the early stages of the child functionality formation of social competence must be based on the development of the cognitive and behavioral components that enable us to develop and consolidate the image of "I" and the identity of the child. The complex system of adaptation of educational environment for improvement of efficacy of social competence formation has been proposed and developed.
