The thesis is devoted to developing the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for the formation of regional institutional mechanisms regulating the processes of innovation and investment in the industry, based on the principles of coordination of regional and sectoral interests. The conceptual model of innovative development of the industrial sector in the region, based on cinology approach to assessment and prediction of relationship participants in the innovation process, taking into account the effect of structural stability and dynamics of the main characteristic parameters of system.
