Upon the conditions of stress-induced gastric ulcer, gastratrophia and colitis- associated carcinogenesis formation, the biochemical mechanisms, that attracted in pathogeny of these pathologies, were investigated in rats. The functional state of basic elements of Са2+- dependent signal way (of Са2+, protein kinase С and Са2+/ calmodulin-dependent protein kinase) and certain separate links of others messenger systems (NO-synthase, protein kinase A, protein kinase G and tyrosine kinase) at the terms of destructive defеcts and atrophy of mucous membrane of stomach and colitis-associated carcinogenesis forming were analised in the stomach parietal and large intestine epithelial cells. It is established, that upon the conditions of inflammatory processes development, what was accompanied by gastric ulcer, gastratrophia and ulcerous colitis, the accumulation of calcium ions, activation of PКС, PКА, PКG take place. At the same time, on initial phases of stomach mucous membrane and large intestine oncopathology, we disclosed the activity decline of these protein kinases with simultaneous activity increase of Са2+/ calmodulin-dependent protein kinase.
