Khudoley V. Managing energy efficiency industries functioning in Ukraine's regions

The object of research is process of ensuring the energy efficiency industry in the regions of Ukraine. The purpose of research is development and substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological principles and practical recommendations for the management of ensuring the energy efficiency industry in the regions of Ukraine. The methods of research are theory of logic, content analysis, monographic method, analysis, synthesis, systematic approach, expert evaluations, sample surveys, comparison, cognitive modeling, exponential smoothing, filtering. Theoretical and practical results. Fundamental tenets of the theory of collateral management, energy efficiency industry in the regions are formulated for the first time; allocation system management software energy efficiency industry in the regions is formed for the first time. Theoretical approach to the classification of regional economic systems; the structure of the Energy passport of regional industrial complexes; technology allocation collateral management, energy efficiency industry in the regions; multilevel system indicators identification, measurement of energy efficiency and performance management software energy efficiency industry in the regions; the methodical approach to estimation and forecasting performance of the collateral management energy efficiency industry in the regions; the procedure of elaboration and substantiation of functionals of allocation strategy collateral management, energy efficiency industry in the regions are improved.
