problem of modern clinical Pediatrics - increasing of the efficiency of early diagnostics, prevention and treatment of food allergies in toddlers. It was based on the study of epidemiological features and individual mechanisms of cow's milk proteins allergy formation, as well as on evaluation of the effectiveness of existing methods of diagnostics, prevention and treatment, development and implementation of preventive health measures, aimed at improving food tolerance.
