The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of formation and functioning mechanisms of control system of economic security in the development of regional integration processes. A conceptual model of socio-economic structure of the region as a control object that is represented as interacting with each other public institutions that are functionally specialized and influencing organizational and technological complex regional economy. The principles identify strategic priorities for spatial development of the region, based on the application of theory polycentrism and Conceptual position of regional cluster policy.
