The object of the research is adsorptive and rheological properties of the blood serum (ARPB) and synovial fluid (ARPS) at the arthritises; the purpose of the research was to improve the quality of diagnostics, to predict the course and treatment of arthritises, to determine new links of pathogenesis of osteoarthritis (OA), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS); the methods of the research were the following: clinical, instrumental (X-ray radiography, ultrasonography, density sensitometry, electrocardiography, cardic ultrasound), physicochemical, biochemical and immunobiochemical, immunofermental, atomic emission and atomic absorption spectrometrical, statistical; the novelty and the results were following: firstly the changes of ARPB in patients with OA, RA, PA and AS, and the changes of ARPS at the patients with OA, RA are determined, we revealed communication between changes of physicochemical indicators of biologic fluid with clinical, laboratory, radiological, ultrasonographical and density sensitometrical signs of lesions of the locomotor apparatus, the influence of the levels of surfactants on physicochemical indicators in blood and sinovial fluid is identified, the pathogenetic importance of ARPB and ARPS at the patients with arthritises were proved, the connection between the results of pathogenetic treatment patients with OA, RA, PA, AS with initial ARPB, and dynamics of indicators in the course of therapeutic actions are established, the criteria, allowing to predict a current of OA, RA, PA, AS and the efficiency of pathogenetic treatment are defined, the medicamentous groups of medicines, which corrective malfunction of ARPB are allocated, the most rational therapy of the patients with arthritises is offered; introductions were executed: in clinical practice of rheumatological department of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, to the therapeutic clinic of SO "Institute of the urgent and restorative surgery named after V. K. Gusak NAMS of Ukraine" and Donetsk National medical university named after M. Gorki, in Donetsk city clinical hospitals №1, №5 and №20, in medical institutions of Krivoi Rog, Lugansk, Slavyansk, and also in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk, Kharkov, Vinnitsa national medical universities; an application region is: treatment-diagnostic process of the rheumatological and therapeutic departments, scientific and pedagogical processes of the departments of the therapeutic type of medical educational institutions.
