Shevchuk A. Innovative Development Of Regional Educational Systems

The dissertation research is devoted to the design and development of theoretical and methodological principles of formation and in-depth study of regional educational systems and substantiating of practical problems for their further development; the concepts and terminology research of regional educational systems, their transformation, innovation development, modernization in this thesis were formulated and developed; factor analysis of the determination of regional innovation of education systems in terms of building the information society was analyzed; the threatening tendencies innovative development of regional educational systems in the plane of the introduction of information and communication technologies was viewed; the priorities and mechanisms of adaptation of foreign experience of educational systems to domestic conditions were substantiated; the main transformation concepts of regional educational systems in terms of transition to the information society were formulated; the patterns of applied education in Ukraine's regions at different levels using official statistics and the results of sociological research were founded; the optimization model of distribution of investment and the process of attracting students in specialized higher education institutions in the context of the positive impact of structural changes in the regional economy was constructed; the scientific substantiation of the main approaches to ensuring the regional perspective of modernization of education systems with stimulating the integration of education, science and culture in the information society was made; the promising directions of innovative transformation of regional educational systems in the context of the tasks of information society were described.
