Essay

For the first time during modeling of extremity compartment syndrome the relation between the increase of level of subfascial pressure and changes of aeroion level had been revealed. The dynamics of changes of aeroions in oxygen, carbon dioxide and ammonia had been studiedduring modeling of compartment syndrome. Liminal aeroion levels (oxygen 17,15 ± 1,49%; ammonia 0,424 ±0, 007 mV; carbon dioxide 0,045 ± 0,008 mV) and their role and place in the system of prognosis and development of compartment syndrome had been determined. For the first time on the basis of analysis of clinical material, level of subfascial pressure and the character of changes of aeroion level and taking in consideration the particularities of etiologic factor differential approach to early diagnostics and treatment of compartment syndrome had been suggested. Further development of notion and understanding of the character of morthologic changes in ischemic muscles had been accepted during modeling compartment syndrome. The knowledge of tolerance of upper extremity nerves to external pressure had been acquired. Less resistance of peripheral nerves in women in case of noncritical external pressureaccompanied by priority disorders of autonomic innervation of median nerve had been revealed. It was determined the correlation not between symptoms of the process leading to ischemic necrosis, but the relation between ischemization and development of necrotic processes in tissues had been determined by means of quantitative analysis of contents of ions in exhaled by patient air and ion contents in air surrounding intact and injured extremities. Aeroion apparatus complex, computer programs and methods enable the use of non-invasive diagnostics and determination of ischemia degree of extremity. Aeroion algorithms provide differential treatment with monitoring of its effectiveness. Aeroion complex is simple for manufacture and service. It may be used both in scientific researches and practical medicine. Due to its low prime cost aeroion complex may be applied in different fields of Health Service. Aeroion method may be used for prognosis of development, diagnostics and treatment of post-traumatic ischemic disorder of extremity. Aeroion data, developed complex of diagnostic measures and algorithms of their use at different stages of Local HypertensiveIschemic Syndrome (in particular, the degree of accumulation of nitrogen) confirm the necessity of administration of hepatoprotectors and preparations metabolizing nitrogen into urea for kidney disease prevention. The given results of clinical tests give the right to state that developed complex of diagnostic measures of Local Hypertensive Ischemic Syndrome are perspective and may be recommended for implement into practice. Working on the dissertation based on the study of diagnostic measures of local hypertensive ischemic syndrome the given technical equipment had been proved by 8 patents on useful model. Designed technology of aeroion diagnostics of Local Hypertensive Ischemic Syndrome meets the modern requirements of effectiveness and non-invasiveness of diagnostic methods.
